The Royal Commission on the Future of the Toronto Waterfront – The Crombie Commission – Study on the Economics of Lake Failling.
York University / York University Development Corporation Masterplan for the Keele Campus – Planning process coordinator and administrator.
York University Presidential Advisory Committee on Parking and Transportation – Longtime committee member, committee chair and co-author of the York University Green Transportation Plan which envisioned the transformation of a car oriented campus to a primarily transit oriented campus.
Leon Wasser was an early member of the Transport 2000 transit advocacy group and recently wrote an article on Greening Your Parking Facility for the Canasian Parking Association.
